When companies like Philips, Vodafone, and Nike need software to manage rewards programmes for employees and customers, they turn to London’s Ovation Incentives. Founded in 2001 by managing director Jonathan Grey, the firm has products that can reward companies’ top salespeople, loyal customers, and long-standing employees. In late 2011 it bought rival rewards programmes developer Real World Technologies to bolster its IT team. Sales grew 58% a year, from £1.9m in 2009 to £7.7m in 2012, and in March the company opened a sales office in Dubai.
