This Shoreditch app developer started life in 2006 after its founder Martin Rosinski, then 21, developed an instant messaging tool for his father’s engineering company. It has since found its niche as an online meeting place and platform for gamers, and has been downloaded more than 40m times. The Middle East, particularly Saudi Arabia, is its largest market. Led by chief executive Tim Rea, 49, it has grown through the acquisition of two games developers, with sales reaching £7.9m in 2015.
