Founded in 1992, this West Midlands manufacturer produces 12,000 tons of sauces a year. The family-run business uses more than 2,500 internationally-sourced ingredients to create speciality foods, including curry pastes for Finnish brand Pirkka, and its own label, Mexi-Grande Mexican sauce. Panesar Foods is led by the founder’s sons, Bill and Jas Panesar, 69 and 60 respectively. Exports to Europe hit £3m last year.
