PaymentSense helps small businesses process payments in store, online, over the phone and on the move by providing ecommerce payment services and the latest chip & pin machines. It was founded in 2009 by serial entrepreneurs George Karibian, 50, and Jan Farrarons, 40, who came up with the idea at a conference in Las Vegas. It now serves 40,000 customers from offices in London and Belfast, enabling the firm to process over £4bn worth of card payments per year. Sales reached £13.2m in 2014.
