PIPC is a management consultancy with offices in Britain, America, Australasia and Asia. About 30% of its time is spent working with companies that have merged or been acquired: it helped to integrate NatWest into Royal Bank of Scotland, for example. Other customers have included Littlewoods, BP and Barclays. Headquartered in London, PIPC was founded in 1992 by co-directors Philip ‘Pip’ Peel, Simon Rawling and Jason Knight. Sales have grown 97% a year, from an annualised £2.3m in 2003 to £17.9m in 2006.
