It kits them out with ADR blue overalls, trains them in transport law and sends them to work for customers such as J Sainsbury and DHL Express. With 13 offices in England and Wales and 900 drivers on its books, ADR has grown sales 86% a year from £2.4m in 2001 to £15.1m in 2004. The company was founded in 1997 by Keith Churchhouse, a former coach driver.
