Fresh sandwiches and coffee are some of the products sold in this Londonbased chain’s 500 outlets in seven countries. Chief executive Clive Schlee, 60 — who will step down in September — oversaw sales of £879m in 2017, up 13%, helped by the opening of 58 new stores. The company is introducing a full list of ingredients on its products and, in May, announced the acquisition of Eat, its high-street rival, for an undisclosed sum.
