It also owns the Royal Westmoreland, a luxury 750-acre estate and golf resort in Barbados, whose residents include sports stars Wayne Rooney, Andrew Flintoff and Michael Vaughan. It generated overseas sales of £17.9m in 2015 as British buyers returned to the market. The company is investing £350m to build a second golf course, clubhouse and up to 250 villas after dropping plans to sell it last year.
