The 1.2m fuel cards that Radius provides to fleet operators are used to buy more than 3bn litres of diesel a year. The company has more than 21 offices in 14 countries and has been developing new services including vehicle tracking, telecoms and fleet insurance, and making acquisitions to support that diversification. Gross sales — which include fuel duty — grew 16% to £2.1bn in 2019 under founder Bill Holmes, 55, and the company moved into its new £14m headquarters in Crewe.
