Bournemouth-based Ratio also provides its software to power rival comparison services. Its other offerings include Briefd, a men’s underwear subscription club, and Remora, an artificial intelligence tool that helps ecommerce websites to convert visitors into customers. Founders Marc Biles, 36, and Tara Flynn, 31, spun the company out of the Richmond Group business incubator in 2013 and led it to sales of £8.8m this year.
