No stranger to success in Britain, the independent television producer RDF Media won international recognition in April when it was awarded the prestigious Golden Rose of Montreux for Faking It. The show also picked up a Bafta, and RDF has underlined its credentials as the ‘king of swaps’ with its recent programmes Wife Swap and Masters and Servants. Growth in America has been rapid, with shows sold to the likes of ABC, NBC, Fox and Warner Brothers. The company was founded in 1993. Its sales have grown nearly 70% a year from £5m in 1999 to £24.4m in 2002.
