Really Useful Group

Andrew Lloyd Webber, 65, started this company in 1977 to produce his own musicals. The group owns six West End theatres and last year sold London’s Palace Theatre to fund refurbishment of the London Palladium and the Theatre Royal Drury Lane. Sales have been lifted by licensing the casting-by-television format, pioneered by Lloyd Webber and now copied across the world.
