Gamers around the world have bought 10m copies of this Oxford-based games developer’s Sniper Elite series. Founded in 1992 by Jason Kingsley, chief executive & creative director, 51, and his brother Chris, chief technical officer, 49, the company began life producing games for consoles such as the Atari Jaguar. It also publishes books and comics, such as 2000 AD, home to Judge Dredd. Last year, the company launched its first-ever self-published console game, Zombie Army Trilogy, helping it generate profits of £5.0m.
