Founded by Bob Woodland, Fardad Gharebaghi and Sharon Ferrari, Redtray develops e-learning software for the likes of ITV and Clifford Chance, the law firm. Orange also uses the technology to teach shopfloor staff about new products. London-based Redtray made two acquisitions last year: the training division of CSC Computer Sciences and the e-learning company BlueU. These helped it to increase sales 253% a year from £359,000 in 2003 to £4.5m in 2005.
