Fast Track 100

This consumer goods retailer has developed a series of brands for its different product lines, including Nicola Spring homeware and the Tiny Dining line of children’s bamboo dinner sets. The Chichester firm was founded in 2008 by Richard Goss, 33, who was soon joined by his friend Rob Lowe, 33, now managing director. It received investment from business angels in 2016 and 2018, giving them a 31% stake in the firm. Rinkit ships more than 90,000 orders each month, many through Amazon, rising to a quarter of a million in the run-up to Christmas, and sales grew to £17.1m this year. Goss recently moved to Australia to grow the firm’s exports.
