RTX’s automated exchange enables telecom operators large and small to buy and sell voice and SMS capacity on phone networks. It also supplies its platform to larger operators as a white-label service, and plans to launch the option to buy and sell data capacity. Sales, which include the value of services traded on the exchange, reached £161.3m in 2015. RTX is led by chairman Sir Peter Vardy, 69, and chief executive Albert Mackey, 55.
