Sandicliffe started life as a Nottingham service station before becoming a Ford dealership in 1953. In January it opened a £1.5m Ford Store in Leicester, its 11th site nationwide. Owned by the founding Barton and Woodhouse families, it is led by chairman Andrew Woodhouse, 70, and managing director Reg Tutt, 65.
