ServiceTick provides software that companies such as Sky, John Lewis and Tesco use to collect customer feedback from their contact centres. The growing trend to reward customer service staff using client satisfaction metrics such as the Net Promoter Score has contributed to the company’s success and helped boost sales to £5m in 2015. SessionCam, supplying customer conversion optimisation software, formerly part of the business, was spun out as a sister company earlier this year.
