Brothers James, 32, and Richard Gold, 30, founded this business with their friend Lewis Blitz, 31, in 2011. It now boasts more than 500,000 Instagram followers, as well as celebrity fans such as Miley Cyrus, Taylor Swift and Kylie Jenner. Originally wholesale only, it opened its first concession in 2013 and now has more than 250 in Topshop stores worldwide, as well as almost 20 standalone Skinnydip boutiques. Sales hit £15.4m last year, when it collaborated with Starbucks on a range of phone cases. Other products include handbags, sunglasses, clothing and jewellery aimed at 18 to 25-year-old women.
