Snax 24

The high cost of fuel is encouraging many customers to shop for food and fuel at the same location. Chairman Gerald Ronson’s Berkhamsted firm, Snax 24 group, runs 77 forecourts and associated stores across Britain including sites for BP. It also acts as a marine agent, commissioning yachts for sale. Despite closures and disposals in the sector, the company says it is seeking to expand its non-food services, including car washes and off-licence sales which helped feed sales of £191.7m in 2007.
