This London travel agency started life in 1984, selling flights to British Asians travelling to India. It now arranges flights and package holidays to destinations worldwide. Last November, the company launched two new divisions ST Fly, specialising in student travel and ST Sports, which offers trips to events such as Indian Premier League cricket matches. The business is led by chief executive Kuljinder Bahia, 45, who took over in 1997 at the age of 24.
