Founded by Mike Kirby in 1995, sales at the Oxford headquartered company grew 52% a year, from £3.1m in 2007 to £10.8m in 2010. It recently bought the Dutch firm Agglomix so it can make powders for the healthcare industry such as proteins for sports drinks.
