The Aberdeen company has lifted sales to £13.9m in the three years since it was set up, and recently won a multimillion-pound contract from Shell. Chief executive Jamie Oag, 47, previously founded the oil and gas services firm Optima, which he sold for £40m to US company Tetra in 2012.
