The Aberdeen group builds homes in Scotland and is moving into northern England following its purchase of Manchester’s Nuttall Construction for around £25m in 2006. It also supplies timber frames, made at factories in Aberdeen and Oxfordshire. Under founder and chairman Stewart Milne, sales jumped to £348m in 2007.
