Founded in 2005 by James Eder, 36, and brother Michael, 38, the London company works in more than 150 countries, providing discounts through its mobile app and website, codes to use in physical stores and widgets embedded in brands’ e-commerce sites. Sales, which come from recurring fees for the use of its platform and a share of transactions, hit £7.1m in 2019, driven by growth in the US and Australia.
