Now based in Chester, its portfolio includes more than 20,000 properties across the UK, Ireland and New Zealand. Chief executive Graham Donoghue, 47, saw sales reach £76m in 2019. It was valued at £375m in October the same year when Vitruvian Partners bought a majority stake, prompting the acquisition of competitor Pure Cottages Group in January for an undisclosed sum.
