This Wolverhampton toilet tissue manufacturer was set up in 2007 by managing director Ravi Patel, 65, and his sons Nikul, 31, and Kunal, 33. When the pandemic started it had capacity and stock available, enabling it to support retailers facing panic buying. It also makes kitchen towels, facial tissues and industrial rolls; its brands include Little Duck and Cusheen. Investment in modern machinery and robotics has reduced costs, helping profits to reach £3.8 million in 2019. This year it will invest more than £20 million in a new production line and new premises to increase capacity to 100,000 tons.
