Simon Mansell, 34, founded the agency in 2001 and opened his first international office in San Francisco in 2010. Further outposts in Paris, New York, Hamburg and Amsterdam followed, driving international sales to £45.7m in 2012. This year TBG developed an app to customise TV adverts.
