This Newcastle-based recruitment and training group has 20 offices across Europe, America, Asia and Australia, all of which were closed at the start of the pandemic as staff worked remotely. The company’s rapid growth overseas followed its buyout by TPG Growth in 2016, when the private equity firm acquired a majority stake in a deal reportedly valuing the company at just under £200m. It rebranded from Frank Recruitment Group in January.
