This London firm recruits nurses from Britain and Europe for the NHS, private hospitals and residential homes. Founded in 2010 by Ben Cambage, 30, and the serial entrepreneur Andrew Yetzes, 45, it originally operated from a desk in the offices of Yetzes’s company Medicare First, which was listed in the Fast Track 100 in 2008 before being acquired by Capita in 2012. Sales, which include gross salaries of staff placed, grew to £38.6m in the year to March. It is investing in its allied healthcare division to provide practitioners such as radiographers and physiotherapists.
