Some 2,500 businesses worldwide including Ford, Barclays and Vodafone, are said to turn to The Grass Roots Group to help them improve business performance. The firm designs programmes for its clients, employees, distributors and customers that communicate goals, measure performance, inspire loyalty and reward performance. The Hertfordshire company has made several acquisitions in Britain and overseas in recent years, and operates across Europe, North and South America, the Gulf, India, Singapore and most recently, Australia and China. Under chairman and chief executive David Evans, sales rose to £284.3m in 2008.
