Husband and wife team Dilshad, 39, and Barinder Hothi, 38, started this Bracknell firm in 2009 after spotting a gap in the market for booking training courses online. Its catalogue of more than 50,000 courses, which range from web design and fire safety training, to professional qualifications in accounting and finance, are popular with its blue-chip customers, including BAE Systems, Rolls-Royce and Disney. The firm sells to more than 200 countries, and has 12 overseas subsidiaries. A combination of online, classroom and on-site courses helped sales reach £16.6m this year, and the company says that plans to offer courses for apprenticeships and higher education should help sales surpass £100m by 2018.
