This housebuilder and commercial property company has set itself a target of building up to 3,000 homes a year, up from nearly 2,000 in 2014. The Edinburgh firm grew strongly on the back of the recovery but sales dropped to £611.1m last year after its construction business was sold in July 2014. Its home division helped to double profits to £25.2m. Float plans were postponed at the end of 2014, and chief executive Keith Miller left in March this year, with divisional heads now reporting direct to board chairman Philip Bowman, 62.
