Co-founded in 2013 by chairman Johnny Hornby, 53, it is backed by ad giant WPP and manages campaigns for clients such as TalkTalk and Centrica. Its office network spans five continents. Profits rose 39% to £17.3m in 2019 on gross sales of £630m.
