In the past 12 months the company has rebranded itself, moved to bigger headquarters, and spent almost £2m on upgrading its technology. It was founded in 2000 by Michael Whitfield and Chris Bruce, and in December 2004 Pi Capital bought a 48% stake for a reported £5m. Sales have grown 48% a year from £3.8m in 2005 to £12.2m in 2008.
