The likes of Bank of America and Barclays can use a single program to manage communications delivered by post, email, social media or text message. The company has recently expanded its US sales team, which has boosted revenue, and landed a big contract with the federal government. Under co-founder and chief executive Glen Manchester, international sales have grown 68% a year from £9.1m in 2009 to £25.7m in 2011.
