Tinopolis is the company behind TV favourites such as Question Time and Hell’s Kitchen. It makes drama, factual, sport and children’s programmes for broadcasters worldwide, including the BBC, Sky and Channel 4. The Welsh company delisted from the stock market in 2008 in a £45m deal backed by Vitruvian Partners. Under managing director Arwel Rees, 57, it bought American firm Magical Elves in February.
