Tinopolis is the company behind TV favourites such as Traffic Cops and Gordon Ramsay’s Hell’s Kitchen. It makes drama, factual and sport programmes for broadcasters worldwide, including the BBC, NBC, Fox, BT Sport and Channel 4. Under chief executive Arwel Rees, 58, the Welsh company upped sales by 42% to £208m last year, helped by its £59m acquisition of American firm Magical Elves. Owner Vitruvian Partners is now reportedly considering selling the business.
