Tragus serves up 20m meals a year from its 270 restaurants across Britain, which include the Café Rouge, Bella Italia and Strada chains. Its restaurants can also be found operating as concessions at British airports and at Center Parcs leisure villages. The company continues to expand and aims to open about 15 new restaurants a year. In 2006, Blackstone backed a £267m tertiary buyout from LGV Capital. Under chief executive Graham Turner, sales reached £247.8m in 2008.
