TrialReach was set up four years ago with the aim of matching clinical trials with participants more quickly and efficiently. The online platform uses forums, search engines and patient communities including the NHS and Patient.co.uk websites. Backed by investors Amadeus Capital Partners and Octopus Investments, it recently struck a deal with the World Health Organisation, giving TrialReach access to the organisation’s international clinical trial registry platform. Under co-founder and chief executive Pablo Graiver, 46, sales are on track to reach £2.2m this year, up from £521,000 in 2012.
