This company has published guides and videos issuing advice on how to reopen hotels after lockdown, as well as offering discounts and deferred payments for those unable to reopen. Co-founded by Charlie Osmond, 43, and Alasdair Snow, 32, its platform helps more than 10,000 hotels — including Best Western and Virgin properties — attract customers and convert more bookings directly via their websites rather than through online travel agencies, reducing costs associated with online travel agencies. Sales reached £9.8m last year, with Charlie’s brother James, 44, becoming chief executive in November. It has raised £20m from investors including BGF, Notion Capital and Episode 1 Ventures.
