Founded in 2010 by Susan Seaton, 38, and husband Jonathan, 36, it has more than 625,000 pieces of content in 18 languages, which can be downloaded by its 4.6m members in 196 countries. In 2017, it set up an Australian office, enabling it to provide 24/7 customer service. Sales, which represent subscription fees, rose to £18.9m this year.
