Chairman and chief executive John Neill, 70, has led this manufacturing, logistics and consultancy group since it was formed in 1987 in a buyout from British Leyland. The Oxford company, which is largely employee-owned, has expanded its international operations with sites in China, India, America and Australia, helping sales grow to £758m in 2017. Including joint ventures, sales were £890m.
