Fast Track 100

Callum Henderson, 32, says the idea for this business came after a friend offered him an electronic cigarette in the pub. A heavy smoker for more than a decade, Henderson used the device to help him kick the habit and provide the inspiration for a new venture. In 2013 he joined forces with brother Connor, 29, to open the first Vaporized shop in their native Edinburgh. The duo now have 112 outlets across Britain — making it the country’s largest chain of vaping stores — as well as an online shop stocking more than 500 flavours of eliquids. Total sales hit £22.7m last year and, in October, it announced plans to open another 200 stores by 2021.
