Virtus runs data centres in Enfield, Hayes and Slough and is planning to open further sites in London. The company is jointly owned by the property investor Brockton Capital and the Singapore-based communications and technology investor ST Telemedia, which it says are planning to plough up to £200m more into the business. Under the leadership of chief executive Neil Cresswell, 51, and helped by growing demand for external data storage, sales hit £9.7m last year.
