Fast Track 100

Nigel Williams, Chris Windley, and John Shaw met while working together at a computer consultancy. Five years ago they pooled their savings — £2,000 each – and ventured out on their own. Sales at the Warwickshire-based business have grown from £1m in 1994 to £5.9m in 1997. Along the way, the company has been nominated for numerous awards. For example, in 1997 it was a finalist in the Network Industry Awards for a project it did for Lotus Cars. Hard work hasn’t interrupted the founders’ pursuits of other passions. Williams is a keen mountain biker, Windley is an avid sailor, and Shaw devotes his free time to cave diving.
