Profit Track 100

This company makes pet food at its Yorkshire factory, including its Wagg and Harringtons brands, and own-label products, for sale in retailers such as Tesco and Sainsbury’s. Private equity firm Catterton invested an undisclosed sum in 2015, and James Lambert, founder of R&R Ice Cream, joined as non-executive chairman. Under managing director Richard Page, 49, grandson of the founder, the company made profits of £8.2m in 2015, on sales of £65.4m. It is building a 100,000 sq ft distribution centre and offices, which will enable it to double the size of its business over the next three to five years.
