Formerly known as Warner Edwards, this distillery grows and harvests many of the botanicals for its gin on a farm in Harrington, Northamptonshire, where it is based. It makes several seasonal varieties, such as Christmas Cake gin, in addition to its seven basic flavours, which include raspberry, elderflower and honey, as well as rhubarb — the first of its kind among modern-day gins. Husband-and-wife founders Tom Warner, 41, and Tina Warner-Keogh, 36, come from farming stock, but were working in procurement and private equity respectively when they decided to set up the business in 2012. Sales hit £10.9m last year.
