Watson Petroleum runs a fleet of 280 distinctive red tankers that deliver fuel to domestic, industrial and agricultural customers. Founded in 1957 by the late Tony Watson, the company has grown under the leadership of Tony’s son, also named Tony, to become a leading independent fuel business with 40 depots across England and Wales. The Wiltshire firm prides itself on its local community involvement, and sponsors regional rugby union teams as well as individual players at Bath and Leicester. Sales, including duty, reached £585m in 2010.
