Watson Petroleum

Founded by Tony Watson in 1957, Watson Petroleum supplies oil and fuel to homeowners and factories from 30 depots across Britain. It claims to deliver all kinds of fuel in all kinds of weather to farms from Hampshire to Lancashire. It also offers boiler servicing to homeowners and operates Texaco petrol stations. The company remains in family hands and is headed by Watson and his son, who is also called Tony. The Chippenham firm achieved sales of £240.9m in the year to April 2005.
